Efforts to Improve Global Hygiene Decelerated by Population Growth

More than half of the population is living in unsanitary conditions without having access to clean water, according to UN report, written by the World Commision of Water for the 21st Century.

BBC News states that the report says 3 billion of the world's most unprovided people have no access to proper sanitation and hygiene.

Access to water is a basic human right, but how is this possible while the water resources are polluted and poisened by the industries and human beings?
Based on the said report, it is safe to say that if  governments do not reorganize their policies, the world's water crisis will worsen. Overpopulation among countries poses irrevocable danger.
